Usage and Applications
Primary Function:
The Butter Melting Vat is designed to melt and maintain butter or ghee at a controlled temperature for further processing or packaging.
Applications:
o Dairy plants
o Ghee and butter production units
o Ice cream mix preparation
o Bakery and confectionery industries
o Food processing and fat blending lines
Operating Process:
o Solid butter blocks are loaded into the vat.
o Heating is achieved through the steam or electrical jacket, gradually melting the butter.
o The agitator ensures uniform heating and prevents scorching or localized overheating.
o The melted butter is then discharged through the outlet valve to the next process (filtration, clarification, or storage).
