SS TEE
stainless-steel Tee is a sanitary fitting used to split or combine product flow in a dairy pipeline. It helps connect three pipelines at 90 degrees while maintaining full hygiene and smooth flow. Tees are used in milk processing lines, CIP return and supply lines, product transfer, cream and whey handling, and utility-connection manifolds.
1. Equal Tee
All three branches have the same diameter. Used where flow division is uniform.
2. Reducing Tee
Branch size is smaller than the main line. Used when a smaller line needs to be tapped for sampling, instrumentation, bypass, or utility.
3. Welded Tee
Ends are long weld-type, made for orbital/TIG welding in sanitary installations.
4. Tri-Clamp (TC) Tee
Ends are sanitary ferrules suitable for clamp connections. Used where frequent dismantling or cleaning is required.
